Do you love tender, savory, melt in your mouth BBQ ribs? We do too! Well, our son-in-law, Kenny made some really delicious ribs for us, and they were so good we made them recently for my Mom & Dad. And, now I’m sharing these Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs with you. What makes them easy? First of all, they’re cooked in a slow cooker and secondly, there’s only two ingredients. Yep, that’s right, just two ingredients!
These fall off the bone Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs are delicious and will literally melt in your mouth.
Rinse and cut ribs in pieces and put them in a slow cooker. Spread the Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce (or sauce of choice) over the ribs.
Next, put the lid on and cook on high 4 hours, or on low 6-8 hours. Yes, that’s it – they’re just so easy. Here’s what they look like after they’ve cooked awhile. Mmm…juicy, tender and delicious!
Place the ribs on a serving platter and spoon some of the BBQ sauce from the slow cooker over the ribs and enjoy! These Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs are perfect for parties, busy week day dinners, or for a simple weekend meal.
- 2½ pounds pork loin baby back ribs
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Barbeque Sauce, or to taste
