It’s really quite easy, all you do is mix the lite whipped topping and any flavor of low-fat yogurt together and serve with fruit. Yep, that’s all there is to it! Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best ones.
We were thrilled recently when our sweet friends, Kurt and Debi from Hope International Ministries stopped by for lunch. We served our favorite salad with poppy seed dressing, meatball sandwiches (meatball recipe to come!) and for dessert a platter of fresh fruit with our yogurt fruit dip. Yum, it was a healthy and delicious lunch for sure!

A dish of fruit that’s been topped with our tasty 2 Ingredient Yogurt Fruit Dip was the perfect ending to our lunch. This easy dip is great for weekend parties, potlucks or BBQs. But it also makes fruit a delicious and pretty treat for any day of the week!
- 1 (8 oz) lite whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (6-8 oz) low-fat fruit yogurt, any flavor
- Allow the frozen lite whipped topping to thaw in the fridge for a few hours, or overnight.
- Put the lite whipped topping and low-fat yogurt in a bowl. Gently blend together and serve with fruit.
